Job Description: Our client is a multi-national manufacturing company that is highly regarded within their industry. The current Manager is being promoted and need someone to replace him.
In this role you will be responsible for:
Supervising a staff of 2
Performing risk assessments
Scheduling and supervising engagements
Maintaining SOX documentation
Coordinate activities with the external auditors
Develop and manage department budget
Travel will be less than 20%
Quarterly presentations to the BOD
Job Requirements: They are looking for a CPA with 5-7 years experience from a large national CPA firm. Manufacturing client will be a plus.
They are not looking for a career Auditor. You will be in audit 3-5 years before rotating into another role in the accounting or finance departments.
You will need to develop good working relationships with the operating company executives.
